Kundalini Yoga is a dynamic form of yoga that utilizes movement, breath, meditation, relaxation and mantra. Every class is a powerful experience in revitalizing and rejuvenating the body, clearing and focusing the mind and balancing the emotions with the end result being an experience of feeling fully integrated, alive, healthy, happy and fulfilled. These are ALL LEVEL CLASSES as there are many modifications that can be incorporated into the experience. No experience or flexibility necessary!
