Experience the best of both worlds in one, 75 minute yoga class. The first half of class begins with a yang flow, which is fast moving, energizing, and challenging. Expect to quickly flow from one asana to another. The second half of class prepares the mind and body for the world off of the mat. Our yin flow is slow moving, restorative, and meditative. Poses are generally held for 3-5 minutes at a time so that the body is able to heal, stretch, and restore after our yang flow. Leave class feeling focused, centered, and present. No experience necessary. Props are provided.
