Yoga Day Spa: Mini- Workshops for Natural Health and Wellness
A monthly offering from Lennessa Shantaya of The Yoga School 
November's class will cover yoga, Tea blends for winter warmth & Natural facial care.

This workshop will begin with a led, all-levels, vinyasa yoga practice followed by preparing and applying organic natural facials, and ending by learning the art of hand blending and brewing herbal teas. Tea blending, and facial product crafting will be done as group to inspire self care rituals at home. Yoga practice will be all-levels and focused on spinal wellness, healthy posture and deep yogic breathing techniques. Participants will leave glowing from the inside out!
