Exploring Essential Oils, Yoga & Meditation

Join Stacey Skala, Founder of Flourish & Flow Yoga and Stinky Yogi for an experiential exploration of essential oils, yoga and making your own product to take home!

$35 (includes materials for your DIY product)

The event will start with an hour-long, fluid vinyasa yoga class paired with aromatherapy and a guided meditation. After the juicy practice, participants will gather in a circle to pass around oils, talk about their benefits & uses, and then make their own aromatherapy product to take home. DIY formulas and supplies provided in the class fee. Whether you want to make something for a friend or loved one this holiday season, or for yourself to enjoy, you will leave feeling relaxed and uplifted.

About Your Guide: Stacey Skala, MSW, E-RYT 200HR

Stacey has been teaching yoga since 2010. A SoCal native, she made her way East after leaving behind a draining career and completing an immersive yoga teacher training at the Ananda Ashram in California. This profound experience fueled the desire to practice and share/teach yoga as a tool for conscious living. A love of music and a passion for slow, vinyasa yoga are evident in her teaching style. She is also the Founder/CEO of Stinky Yogi, an endeavor that led to her touring nationwide as a teacher and essential oil vendor for Wanderlust Yoga Festival for two years. After wrapping up life on the road, Stacey relocated to Ithaca and opened Flourish & Flow Yoga in September 2018. She resides peacefully on a peacock farm in Brooktondale with her husband Matt, pug Gibson and a baby girl named Marlowe Bird.
